Ultima Watch Active Specifications

Ultima's current official product page confirms the core feature set, including the 1.43-inch AMOLED display, 100+ sports modes, health tracking, Bluetooth calling, IP68 rating, and 7-day battery claim.

Rugged Design

The Ultima Watch Active is designed around a rugged smartwatch concept, giving it a sportier appearance than the more traditional Magnum models.

Its design is aimed at active users who want a smartwatch suitable for workouts and everyday use.

The available color options give buyers some flexibility in choosing a style, with Ultima retail information listing Jet Black, Teal Blue, Army Green, and Silver.

1.43-inch AMOLED Display

The Watch Active features a 1.43-inch True AMOLED display.

One of its main highlights is its advertised 1,000-nit brightness, which is designed to make the display easier to view outdoors and under bright sunlight.

The AMOLED panel also gives the smartwatch a more vibrant appearance for watch faces, notifications, and other information displayed on the screen.

For a smartwatch in this price range, the combination of a large AMOLED panel and high claimed brightness is one of the main attractions of the Watch Active.

Bluetooth Calling

The Watch Active supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to handle calls directly from their wrist when connected to a compatible smartphone.

This feature is useful when exercising, walking, working, or performing other activities where reaching for a phone may be inconvenient.

The watch combines Bluetooth calling with standard smartwatch notification features, allowing users to stay connected without constantly checking their smartphone.

Health Tracking

Health and fitness tracking are important parts of the Watch Active's feature set.

The watch is designed to track various health and activity information, helping users monitor their daily wellness and workouts.

Supported health-related features include:

• Heart-rate monitoring

• Blood oxygen monitoring

• Sleep tracking

• Activity tracking

• Fitness monitoring

• Stress-related tracking

These features should be treated as general wellness tools rather than medical diagnostic equipment.

100+ Sports Modes

The Ultima Watch Active supports more than 100 sports modes.

This gives users multiple options for tracking workouts and physical activities.

The sports-focused design makes the Watch Active particularly suitable for people who want to track their daily exercise, walking, running, and other activities from their wrist.

AI Voice Assistant and Smart Features

The Watch Active also includes an AI voice assistant, giving it additional functionality beyond basic fitness tracking.

Other everyday smartwatch functions include features such as smartphone notifications and connected-device controls.

Depending on smartphone compatibility and the companion application, users can use the watch for functions such as

• Call notifications

• Message notifications

• Fitness tracking

• Music controls

• Smartphone-related controls

• Alarm

• Weather

• Find My Phone

• Voice assistant

Battery Life

Ultima advertises up to 7 days of battery life for the Watch Active.

Actual battery life will depend on how the watch is used.

Features such as Bluetooth calling, frequent workouts, high display brightness, notifications, and health tracking can affect battery consumption.

For everyday use, the claimed 7-day battery life makes the Watch Active suitable for users who do not want to charge their smartwatch every night.

IP68 Water Resistance

The Ultima Watch Active is listed with IP68 water resistance.

This provides protection against dust and water exposure, making it more suitable for active everyday use.

However, an IP68 rating should not automatically be interpreted as making a smartwatch suitable for swimming, diving, or prolonged underwater use. Users should follow Ultima's specific water-resistance guidance.

Ultima Fit App

The Watch Active works with the Ultima Fit ecosystem.

The companion app is designed to connect the smartwatch to a smartphone and provide access to supported smartwatch settings and health/activity information.

The app is an important part of the overall experience because many smartwatch features require the phone connection for synchronization and notifications.
