Submit your shop details and legal document. Your request will stay pending until an administrator reviews and approves it.
Approval Workflow
1. Submit request
Enter the focal person name, shop name, contact details, and upload the legal document.
2. Admin review
The admin panel records each request and marks it as pending, approved, or rejected.
3. Decision
Approved requests can be processed further, while rejected requests keep a review trail for follow-up.

- Provide your complete shop address including street and area.
- Upload a readable image or PDF of the shop registration document.
- Keep the shop name consistent with the uploaded legal document.
