Ultima Aura ANC Specifications

The specifications above are based primarily on current product information and recent Nepal tech coverage.

Design and Build Quality

The Ultima Aura uses a stem-style in-ear design with silicone ear tips. The charging case has a compact shape designed for carrying in a pocket or bag.

One of the most noticeable design elements is the rotating crown/dial on the charging case. This provides an additional physical control mechanism and differentiates the Aura from many conventional TWS earbuds.

The earbuds are also rated IPX6 for water resistance, although the protection rating does not apply to the charging case.

Audio Quality and LDAC Support

Audio is one of the major highlights of the Ultima Aura ANC.

The earbuds use 11 mm titanium dynamic drivers and support SBC, AAC, and LDAC codecs. Ultima also promotes the earbuds as offering Sony-tuned audio and LDAC Hi-Res support.

LDAC is particularly interesting because it can transmit substantially more audio data than standard Bluetooth codecs when both the phone and earbuds support it. However, the benefits depend on the source quality, smartphone compatibility, and listening environment.

The Aura also features 3D audio, designed to provide a wider and more immersive listening experience.

50dB Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation

The Ultima Aura comes with hybrid ANC rated at up to 50 dB.

The system uses six microphones across the earbuds to detect surrounding sound and assist with noise cancellation. There is also a Transparency Mode, allowing users to hear surrounding sounds without completely removing the earbuds.

This can be useful when commuting, working in an office, studying, or listening to music in busy environments.

Six Microphones for Calls

The Aura includes a six-microphone setup, with three microphones on each earbud according to recent specifications reported for the model. The microphone system works alongside the earbuds' noise-management features for voice calls.

For people who frequently use wireless earbuds for phone calls, online meetings, or voice chats, having multiple microphones can help with voice pickup and environmental noise handling.

Battery Life

Battery life is another major feature of the Ultima Aura.

Ultima advertises up to 50 hours of total playback with the charging case. Actual battery life can vary depending on volume, ANC usage, codec selection, and other features.

The earbuds also support fast charging. According to the published specifications, 10 minutes of charging can provide up to 180 minutes of playback.

This is particularly useful if you forget to charge the earbuds before leaving home.

Bluetooth and Connectivity

The Ultima Aura supports Bluetooth 5.4 and dual-device connectivity according to recent product specifications. Dual connection allows users to connect the earbuds with two compatible devices and switch between them more conveniently.

The earbuds also support a 40ms low-latency gaming mode, which is designed to reduce the delay between audio and on-screen action.

Ultima Link App

The Aura works with the Ultima Link app, which provides additional control over the earbuds.

Users can access features such as

• EQ customization

• ANC controls

• Earbud settings

• Control customization

• Battery information

• Additional device features

The app makes the Aura more configurable than basic TWS earbuds that rely only on touch controls
